I’ve been shooting weddings for about 4 years now and it still feels like I just shot my first wedding last week. I remember every single detail, all the little girls giggling, all the women gossiping, all the colours, the customs, and all the love…..if I had to choose one thing that keeps me looking forward to every wedding…it has to be the love..the love I get to witness between the bride and her parents, the groom and his parents, the families and of course the love which is shared by the bride and groom. I do it for the Love!

Today I’ll be sharing one of my most favourite images from an Afghan wedding I photographed this past summer. Every time I photograph a wedding I fall in love with each of my couples but at this wedding I totally fell in love with their families too!
