Priya and Jassi got married on a gorgeous summer day in Mississauga. Their wedding day started with them getting ready with their families in their homes. So much energy, so much love - I loved being a part of their special day.
Here’s part I of their wedding, I’ll share more details in the upcoming blogs.

accentSeema Haider is a well known name here in Ottawa. I’ve had the privilege of working with her on a regular basis now and I thought I’d shine some light on one of the most important people when it comes to bringing everything together for your wedding day.

A good makeup artist can make your day absolutely fabulous, and that is exactly what Seema does. Everytime I arrive to see her, she’s full of energy and a delight to be around. Her workflow is so smooth that you don’t even feel when she’s transitioning from hair to make-up to dupata (veil) settings.  And her work, well it totally speaks for itself…you can have a look at some of her brides that I have photographed below to see how wonderful it really is.

For those of you who would like to contact Seema, you can do so by going to www.seemahaider.com.

Seema doing her magic.

At a recent wedding, she had a little assistant there too! Such a cutie pie he is!! I couldn’t resist grabbing some shots of the two of them.

accentLast night I was lucky enough to spend the evening with Amina and Talha at the gorgeous Brookstreet Hotel as they tied the knot. What a beautiful wedding and what a lovely couple (m’A). I will be sharing more moments from their wedding, but for now I leave you with a sneak peek of one of my most favourite images from the reception. Isn’t she stunning? and doesn’t Talha look so handsome next to her?

A special thanks to Flo at Brookstreet Hotel for helping with everything and making the whole evening just wonderful! And to Seema Haider..for doing her magic on Amina! Seema you are amazing!

I’ll be back soon with more!

accentHusna and Faheem tied the knot in Brampton. I gave you guys a sneak peek into their Nikah day a few days back, hope you all enjoyed that.

Today I would like to share images from their Valima Day - but just the portraits because they are so WOW! I had such a wonderful time photographing these two…they are sooooooooooo super sweet and soooooooo in love  (masha’Allah).  It’s the cutest how Faheem couldn’t stop looking at Husna.

Our evening started off with a bit of a scare, All of us were driving to Burlington from Mississauga and it was pouring there..so the whole way we were texting each other and panicking about the weather. We get to Burlington and there was no rain!! We wasted no time and started shooting right away, walking through different parts of the garden.

I love each and every image that I’m sharing with you because you can really feel the love between these two…once again Husna and Faheem..thank you so much for letting me get to know you two and be a part of your special day.

accentLast week I was lucky enough to be a part of Husna and Faheem’s beautiful beautiful wedding. I’ve known Husna for a while now and when she approached me to be her wedding photographer - I was ecstatic!

Today I’ll  be sharing the Next Day Edit that was viewed by all the guests at their Valima reception. I love love love all the little moments at weddings, The way the bride’s father can’t stop looking at his daughter.  The way all the little kids are full of excitement, the way the groom looks at her when she first walks in, and the way he holds her when she’s being given away at the end of the evening….I think it’s moments like these that I fall in love with at each wedding.

Hope you enjoy a look into Husna and Faheem’s special day.

Enjoy everyone!

A special thanks to Randy Lange for shooting this wedding with me!
