Jeannine & Grant | Weddings

accent

I think everyone had been praying all week and hoping that it wouldn’t rain on Jeannine and Grants Big day.  Even a day before the wedding, Jeannine, Grant, Philippa (mutual friend) and I were at the estate and the forecast was calling for clear skies. We had our fingers crossed, because it had been raining all week!

On the wedding day, I went over to Jeannine’s place first where she was getting ready with her brides maids.  The first few shots are from their place. The sun was out and the day was just beautiful! We were going to make it, I thought to myself !! Awesome!

I then left for the venue so that I could spend some time with Grant - I get there, the skies are still clear (YESS) - I pulled Grant aside and took some pictures of him. The guests had started arriving and everyone was positive that we would have a great ceremony.

15 minutes before the ceremony was to start the darkest clouds covered the Billings Estate and it poured and poured and we couldn’t believe it. Just as we were getting ready to move the ceremony into the tent…lo and behold…the sun comes out and everything dried up so fast…as if the last 15-20 minutes never happened!

Jeannine and Grant got married under the most beautiful blue skies in the most perfect location! Jeannine glowed as she walked down the isle and Grant couldn’t take his eyes off her! Totally in LOVE!

I’m so glad I got to be a part of this beautiful wedding! Jeannine and Grant you two are wonderful people and I feel totally honoured to have been a part of your big day!
